• Assist Head of Seller Training in mapping out training plans for sellers
• Ensure all materials maintained on the Lazada University platform and those prepared specifically for face to face training are updated and relevant at all time
• Conduct face to face onboarding and webinars for new and existing sellers
• Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
• Seller Training ad-hoc projects
