Responsibilities:

1. Full spectrum of recruitment from shortlisting, interviewing and follow up on offer 
2. Handle onboarding, offboarding 
3. Support general Human Resource administrative duties such as monthly reports and leave administration
4. Data maintenance 
5. Other ad hoc tasks and participate in other projects when necessary

Requirement:

1. A year of HR administration. Working experience in recruitment is preferred
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels
3. Independent, detail-minded
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

This role will be working two to three times a week. Must be able to commit till May 2021.
