Job Description

 

We are looking for a driven sales professional to continuously drive growth in our IT Consulting and Software Product Development in Singapore. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.

Your responsibilities include:

Cultivate and grow relationships with both new and existing accounts that will increase and ensure excellent client relationships and match the business partners to overall business objectives. 

Build relationships with prospective clients 

Drive sales to meet revenue targets by penetrating into new markets and bringing new clients accounts. 

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets. 

Preparation of client's proposal, respond to tenders, RFQs, etc, in close coordination with the Service Delivery/Project Managers. 

Preparation of pre-sales materials such as capabilities brochures, presentation materials and support sales team in keeping a record of proposals and continuous tracking of project deliveries. 

Analyze customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying projects and scoping potential Solutions. Generate new opportunities & appointments by managing inbound leads. 

Conduct prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing, qualifying clients, making presentations, preparing proposals, following up and handling objections, closing sales and maintaining good relationships with customers. 

Maintain consistent contact with existing clients Participate and / or lead in new opportunity development through the collection of market information and assessment of market trends with usage of available sources. 

Manage sales pipeline Track metrics to ensure targets are hit Generate and submit sales reports to the management in a timely manner. Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned.

Requirements: 

Professionally qualified with Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or its equivalent. 

4+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably with experience in sales and marketing in software solutions and applications. 

Experience in Service Sales with tender and bidding participation. 

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Possess excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills, communication and interpersonal skills with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and their priorities. 

Possess analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Possess a positive attitude, is goal oriented and a team player. 

Work well with co-workers
