Kydz International – Sales & Support Intern

We are a homegrown company supplying educational products to preschools and cognitive games to eldercare sector.

Your work will include assisting in the planning and execution of administrative duties.In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. 

Responsibilities: 

• Developing and updating marketing materials
• Preparing proposal and presentation materials for pitches to potential clients
• Assisting in drafting quotations based on customer requirements
• Assist with coordination of campaigns on daily tasks (Facebook posts for campaigns, the creation of pages, monitoring of review collection, follow-ups with testers, packing of products, …)
• Assist with daily administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Strong analytical mind 
• Familiarity with email marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong desire to learn 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding multitasking abilities.
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly.
• High degree of thoroughness and accuracy when reviewing or creating materials
• A keen interest in the early childhood or Aging population industry
• Proficiency with office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) 
• A team player with a positive attitude and professional work-ethic; self-motivated and who can function independently if needed
