1. Manage the contract staff from as they upload / digitize content on, with the responsibility of training any additional contract staff
2. Conduct quality assurance on their work, and providing support if there's troubleshooting etc needed
3. Support the building of our platform's knowledge base / support system (creating entries in the help desk, e.g. 'How to sign up')
4. Support content seeding on our platform - this is basically a short-term project where we want to build content on our platform that will help pull in users, e.g. quick guide to creating FB ads, etc. The knowledge will be structured by his/her mentor or whoever else is working on this, the intern supports by creating the content
