Business Plan Development (Intern/Freelance)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern/freelancer to join our team as a Business Plan Development Intern/Freelancer. As an intern/freelance, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in market analysis, financial projections, and strategic planning while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Research and Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities for the organization. Gather and analyze data to support the development of effective business strategies.
- Business Plan Writing:
Collaborate with the business development team to write clear, concise, and professional business plans. Ensure that the plans align with the company's vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
- Financial Projections:
Assist in creating financial models and projections, including revenue forecasts, expense budgets, and break-even analyses. Help to develop realistic financial goals and strategies for business growth.
- Industry and Target Audience Understanding:
Stay up to date with industry developments and emerging trends that may impact the organization's business plan. Understand the target audience and tailor the plans to address their specific needs and pain points.
- Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies that align with the company's goals and vision. Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Collaboration and Presentation:
Work closely with various teams across the organization to gather relevant information and insights. Prepare presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
Suggest improvements to existing business processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of business planning and development.
Requirements:
- This internship/contract is for both full-time or part-time, available immediately. Preference is full-time for 6 months.
- A part-time intern/contract must commit to at least 2 full workdays a week, preferably 3.
- Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Analytical, strong mathematical abilities, business and commercial savvy, and possess excellent communication and people skills.
