The Operations intern will assist the warehouse executive in the aid of pick & pack, receving, shipping and stocking. An Intership project will be given to the Logsitics Intern to visualize our company SOP into an introduction sheet. In addition, livestreams will be conducted on operations for example packing.
1. Receive cargo, inspects for damages. Record lot/date codes on packing slip and cross compare. Upload to cloud on manufacturing/expiry date.
2. Pick goods based on SKU number. Pack product with appropriate packaging for shipment.
3. Ship products through software by scanning the parcels.
4. Stock Count, Inventory Control.
5. Greeting and handover orders to customers.
6. Ensure order accuracy.
7. Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Requirements
1. Interest of cosmetics and skincare products.
Applicable for conversion to full-time staff based on performance. Part-time and ad-hoc basis after the internship is applicable as well.
