Operations Coordinator (Administrative Role) - Fresh Graduate Are Welcome to Apply
To provide an excellent freight forwarding service to the customers of this international logistics organization. This involves working in partnership with oveseas offices,customers and suppliers within the teamwork.
Principal Accountability
• Arrange freight movement for customers.
• Coordination of shipments with overseas offices and partners.
• Processing of sales invoices.
• Processing of purchase orders.
• Input data into the Forwarding Dept, Accounting Dept.
• Payment and surrender of charges/Bill of Lading to Shipping lines/Agents as required in order to obtain and secure release of cargoes.
• Completing Customs Clearance Instructions on behalf of customers.
Qualification & Experience
• Educated up to at least Diploma level in Business/Freight/Logistics Management.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word and internet applications.
