KrisShop Pte Ltd – Supply Chain Officer

Primary Responsibilities: 

Process Management

• Responsible for the smooth supply chain operations of the company, ensuring that gaps and inefficiencies in current processes through process changes and improvements 
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality and efficiency of supply chain operations in a timely manner 

 Inventory Management

• Ensure that inventory records are updated electronically in an accurate and timely manner to reflect current stock levels. 
• Reconciles discrepancies in inventories and notifies supervisor of irregularities 
• Identify and implement essential inventory management techniques to improve supply chain operations 

 Reverse Logistics Management 

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for efficient flow of return products from customers 
• Handle routine operations on return products from customers 
• Collaborate and follow up closely with internal stakeholders and service providers on returns to vendor or destruction of discontinued, excess and expired products to optimize inventory level

 Required Experience / Background: 

• 1-year experience in supply chain function (purchasing, procurement, planning) and/or 3rd party logistics – contract logistics function (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
• Related experience in Ecommerce for fast-moving consumer goods is preferred 
• Experience in warehousing operations, inventory management and Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. 
• Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to constraints and respond constructively to new demands and challenges 
• Ability to communicate and work well with all stakeholders across the organization 
• Awareness of global markets and complex supply chain processes is a plus 

 Qualifications: 

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline is highly preferred
