Job Description

• Assist in the management and production of posters, flyers and other collaterals

• Assist in acquiring and liaising with promotional merchants for marketing programs

• Prepare necessary forms, documentation and proposals and ensure proper archiving

• Manage and drive effective digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms

• Photography and visual archival

• Maintenance of database• Media monitoring and analysis (media clippings and impression reporting)

• Marketing admin duties

 

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline 

• Experience with MS Office including MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint, etc

• Results and customer-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities

• Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-moving environment

• Translate texts from English to Chinese (and vice versa)

• Effective written and communication skills in both English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)

• Ability to work independently as well as a team player• Must be self-motivated and proactive
