Kosh Consulting Group – Psychology Intern

We are seeking a 2nd or 3rd year Psychology Intern from a reputable university to help create a series of Situational Judgment Tests (SJT); review comparable SJT assessments in the market; and strategise the design of a virtual assessment centre platform.

Relevant training and guidance will be provided, and direct test design experience is not necessary. An applicant with exposure to Occupational Psychology, Test Design or Assessment Methods would be an advantage. A strong command of written English is key, as is a high level of creativity and the ability to work independently. Equally important would be a high level of resourcefulness, and being highly organised and efficient.

We are seeking an intern who is driven and sets high standards, and looking for an opportunity to build something unique. The ideal applicant must be able to work with other team members, and have good interpersonal skills.
