Our firm Kosh Consulting Group, a boutique Asian human capital consulting firm, is seeking 2 third or final year psychology undergrads to help with the development of our proprietary iAssess psychometric testing platform.
The job involved may include one or more of the following:
1. Checking and proofreading test items
2. Designing or refining test reports
3. Conduct market research on human capital consulting areas
4. Conduct literature search and review
5. Write developmental guides on selected topics
6. Create marketing plans and conduct social media marketing initiatives
An ideal candidate is someone who can write well, detailed oriented, has a good human capital or psychology background, is hardworking and driven, able to work independently, highly resourceful, sets high standards, and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment.
We will pay a monthly stipend of $800 for the successful candidate, and retain the option to extend the internship beyond 3 months if both parties are keen to proceed beyond the initial term.
Successful interns will have the freedom to work remotely, and will only be required to meet occasionally for meetings and discussions. There is a high level of autonomy in this internship, and interns are measured according to results rather than time.
