• Review, redesign and run the administrative and reporting process to support the businesses 
• Support the operations managers in key engagements with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Support the operations managers in analyzing detailed weekly performance of individual tenants and retail stalls so as to drive continuous improvement
• Support HOD in driving strategic discussions and projects to improve business excellence and revenue

Qualifications

• Prior F&B operations experience with P&L responsibility
• Operational and business excellence
• Detail-oriented whilst maintaining awareness of directions of business strategies
• Project Management experience
• Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in use of SAP and a tenant management system will be an advantage
