 Ensuring that Master Data is maintained efficiently and accurately in the system.

 Review all master data requests to ensure complete & accurate information

 Responsible for all SAP plant level material status values

 Understanding the impact of the Master Data maintained and provides guidance to others

 Documenting, reviewing and updating all work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance.

 1st Level technical support / trouble shooting

 1st level technical Support/ trouble shooting (MM and VIM)

 Bridge between IT/Finance/Procurement/Vendors and Users.

 Module Maintenance of RTPM (Ensure that is no conflict of interest)

 System Enhancement includes liaison, vetting of enhancement documents and systemtesting.

 Monitor/Follow-up on weekly VIM Analytic/aging report

 Act as a trainer to the Users

 Administrator for Delegation of Authority and material codes in the system.

 Support data cleansing and standardization activities.

Qualifications

 A minimum Diploma in any field with minimum 2 years’ experience in a master data orrelated role using SAP environment.

 Knowledge of SAP is a must.

 Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

 A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong written and verbal communicationskills.
