Job Description

Reporting to the Head of FCH (Food Courts, Coffee Shops, Hawker Centres) the team lead position calls for an individual with vast experience in managing multi chain, multi level food and beverage operations with deep set knowledge in food stalls leasing. The position requires a proven achievement of a high level in business performance, quality tenants and operations excellence, adding value to all stakeholders in the system

The position provides candidates the opportunity to showcase their experience and skill sets leading projects determined by the Reporting Officer and/or the management,and achieving operational excellence in collaboration with key divisional heads and peers across Food Services.

Key Responsibilities 


    • Leading and executing key operational performance indicators for FCH system-wide

    • Securing and nurturing key customers both short and long term for the business

    • Leading key FCH projects with clear objectives on outcome 

    • Training and development of future key leaders on operational excellence

    • Be part of key member in all FCH initiatives

    • Formulate/review of operations procedures to drive overall efficiency and effectiveness of the food and beverage operations through process improvement

 

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years experience in food court & food and beverage operations, 5 years of which at leading position
  • P&L responsibility for assigned aspects of the FCH business Competencies, Skills, Experience 

  • Financial and data analytical skills

  •  

    Experienced in managing and leading a team of key operational and functional team members both locally and overseas 

  • Project (renovation) management experience spanning space sizes between 4,000 sqft to 17,000 sqft

  • Familiar with kitchen design, flow and ergonomics with in depth M&E knowledge with ability to coordinate with consultants and designers

  • Wide connectivity with B2B customers and contents curations

  • Tenants’ management experience including but not limited to; credit management

  • Good connectivity and cordial relationship with various landlords
