Koon Seng Engineering And Construction Pte Ltd – BIM Modeller Intern

Koon Seng Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd is an M&E contractor specialising in Plumbing & Sanitary, Automatic Irrigation, and Rainwater Harvesting systems. 

We are looking for a BIM Modeller Intern to support our Design team. You will work directly under our Design Manager, gaining hands-on exposure to the design of irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems across live construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update BIM models (Revit, Navisworks) and AutoCAD drawings under the guidance of the Design Manager
• Assist in modelling irrigation and rainwater harvesting systems based on project requirements and design inputs
• Support M&E coordination by helping identify and flag clashes between disciplines
• Maintain design documentation, drawing registers, and version control
• Assist with occasional site visits to understand how designs translate on-site
• Help improve internal BIM workflows, templates, and design standards

Requirements

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• Working knowledge of BIM tools (Revit and/or Navisworks) and AutoCAD
• Keen interest in M&E design, sustainable systems, and water-efficient building solutions
• Willing to go on occasional site visits
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
