We are looking for a passionate individual in technologies to join the team as Marketing Tech Writer & User Support. You will help us increase our customer base by taking care of the following 3 tasks :
1. improving our communication around the benefit and features of our products
2. creating tech content for our user community (e.g install/setup tutorial)
3. providing tech support (e.g answering questions on forum and social media)
You will be working along Kobol Innovations founder who is based in Singapore. Work location will be at MOX Co-Working Space on Joo Chiat road.
The role is at least for 3 months, paid contract, and could turn into a permanent job.
Responsibilities :
* Copy-writing and visual content creation for social media, website, blog, and other digital marketing channels
* Product and Software tutorial creation for our product users
* Community engagement through technical support on forum and social media
* Help us put in place Helpdesk solution (e.g zendesk, helpscout) to streamline customer support
Qualifications :
* Very good knowledge and understanding of NAS products and/or ARM based Single Board Computer
* Have some experience into Linux system and know how to learn / find solution by him/herself
* Good skills in image / visual creation
* Experience in HTML / CSS
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience and knowledge of digital marketing platforms
* Excellent project management and organizational skills, including prioritization, attention to detail and working with deadlines
Someone who is already invested into online tech discussion and/or has a personal tech blog would be a big plus.
