Knowesis is a big data analytics company delivering real time analysis, insight and action for communications service providers (CSPs) and financial services enterprises. We enable context relevant and personalised customer engagement that revolves around continuous customer profiling, real time risk or opportunity detection and action. To achieve this Knowesis is providing clients with a commercial off-the-shelf solution (Knowesis Sift) that delivers real time value from data in a way that compliments existing investments. Clients have predominantly been using Sift to enable contextual marketing, continuous customer engagement and customer experience management.
Responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Managed daily office needs with general administrative activities
- Organizing team events, company functions and senior management meetings etc.
- Looking after Knowesis guests when they come to the office for meetings.
- Human Resource Administrative Duties, tracking employment records, updating files and systems, organising, preparing and managing payroll. Need to be up to date all the files and familiar with employment law.
- On-boarding New employees, direct employees, independent sub-contractors etc.
- Applying for and managing employment visas across the region.
- Data entry of invoices into the accounting system.
- Assist finance department on operation work.
