Innovation Analyst (Consulting, Marketing, Community)
You will be part of Knovel’s team, to support the programs we are delivering at Hatch, Singapore’s first homeland security centric innovation centre, by Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX).
Responsibilities
- Join discussions with officers across the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)’s Home Team, to elicit and refine problem statements, and translate them into scouting requirements for our global partners
- Conduct extensive research (including open-source research from the internet, journals, publications, etc) to identify market trends and emerging technologies aligned to the identified trend
- Identify and source cutting-edge technologies or startups on an ongoing basis
- Provide general support at the Centre, such as marketing efforts of programs, community/outreach events, etc.
Who we are looking for
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing / design / public safety related disciplines
- Passionate and curious in technology, startups and innovation
- Energetic, independent and have willingness to learn
- Team player, who is willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communication, writing, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Attention to details with good organizational skills
- Bonus skills: community/program management, marketing, design
