Job Description

About this role

Our IT Intern helps to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of day-to-day IT issues & requests globally. This role reports into our Senior IT Officer and will be based in our SG office. Our ideal candidate should possess strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills to succeed in the role.


What you'll do

  • Support the IT team in installing, configuring and maintaining hardware, software and other systems

  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support

  • Participate and contribute to different IT projects and assignments

  • Involved in all the internal processes of IT asset deploying and tracking, ensuring IT asset accuracy is kept at a high rate.

  • Act as the point of contact between end users and other cross function teams

  • Maintain and update technical documentation based on latest procedures

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time


What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

  • Fluent in English is a MUST, Mandarin is preferred but not required

  • Young energetic with self-confident personality

  • A start-up, roll-up-sleeves attitude

  • No experience is required

  • Full time internship position (6 months)
