Kliq Pte Ltd – Compliance Intern

eRemit Singapore (Kliq Pte Ltd) is a digital financial solutions provider backed by Merchantrade Asia Sdn Bhd and QALA Tech Pte Ltd. Established in 2018, the company is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), with Major Payment Institution License under KLIQ Pte Ltd.

As part of its services, eRemit Singapore enables users to make remittances with competitive real-time exchange rates as well as digitally monitor transfer statuses and history. The app is integrated with partners such as PayNow and Direct Bank Transfer, and also incorporates SingPass, MyInfo, and Electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) for enhanced security verification.

Responsibilities:

• Design and automate post transaction monitoring processes to identify red flags
• Assist with updating and drafting of any Compliance-related policy and procedure
• Review and enhance Compliance process, draft system enhancement requirements, perform first level testing relating to Compliance system or workflow
• Research and propose processes for Kliq’s new initiatives, products and its impact as part of Compliance preparation work
• To be exposed to a financial environment with compliance as a focus

Requirements:

• Diploma students or Undergraduates for Degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business, Business technology or equivalent, with preference for Undergraduates.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently
