Be able to use the POS system to tally the sales and also to perform end of day sales reports.
To be able to label incoming stock from suppliers and to enter it into the POS system.
Inventory replenishment and also stock taking on a periodic basis.
To assist with the administrative duties at the store and also to answer queries from the online shop.
Communicate closely with team members to ensure highest quality service is achieved
Provide professional, friendly and engaging service, ensure that customers are acknowledged and attended to quickly and efficiently
Assist customers with their queries and provide recommendations
Maintain proper ordering of inventories required for store operations
Upkeep the cleanliness of the store and comply to legal requirements
Any other duties to assist the company with store operations.
