Job Description
As the HR Associate/Intern, you will
- Participate and support day to day HR operations such as recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits and employee engagement.
- Assist to provide thought and solutions in day-to-day people matters.
- Partake in planning and delivery of best in class HR programs and initiatives to increase the quantity and quality of recruitment channels, opening up new talent pipelines and candidate experience.
What We Are Looking For:
- Presently pursuing tertiary education in Business, HR and/or related fields
- A hands-on self-starter with strong interest in a leading F&B kiosks retailer.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining appropriate attention to detail and standards.
- Highly self-motivated, quick learner with positive attitude
