Role Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and correspond with existing customers to resolve their issues
- Ensure accuracy of contracts and agreements
- Update and maintain databases
- Maintain quality customer relationships
- Communicates with customers for feedback and be able to empathize
- Provide administrative support to Sales & Operations teams
Role Requirements:
- Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Quality written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Able to multi-task, organized and efficient team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, possess at least Tertiary education in any field
- Believe in service excellence
