Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership and correspond with existing customers to resolve their issues
  • Ensure accuracy of contracts and agreements
  • Update and maintain databases
  • Maintain quality customer relationships
  • Communicates with customers for feedback and be able to empathize
  • Provide administrative support to Sales & Operations teams

Role Requirements:

  • Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Quality written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
  • Able to multi-task, organized and efficient team player
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, possess at least Tertiary education in any field
  • Believe in service excellence
