Requirements: Strong writing and communication skills; meticulous and organised individual with the ability to take direction and work within a team environment with minimal supervision; ability to maintain confidentiality; a sense of humor is an asset. A proficient use of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook and the internet. Applicants must have the ability to function in a fast paced environment.
- Assists and conduct research to facilitate in media/events planning, social platforms and implementation, including an understanding of applicable licenses and event security especially with public roadshows/events.
- Business Proposals: Assist in developing proposals for clients + hands-on client servicing
- Co-ordination and liaise with key partners/suppliers/vendors for assigned clients/projects, including gathering of quotes
- Follow-up with partners on implementation of assigned projects, site recees or visits may be conducted, with supervision
- Participating in brainstorming during project conceptualization with designers and colleagues to develop ideas and proposals
