- Job Description
About the job:
- Familiar with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation, cost evaluation.
- Experienced in pre & post contract administration.
- Source for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Taking off measurement & monthly progress claim.
- Project administration and documentation include preparation of interim valuations, pricing and agreement of contract variations
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or any equivalent.
- No experience require
- Singaporean only
Benefit:
- Working hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm, Sat: 8am – 12pm (WFH)
- Working location: Jurong Island (Transport provided pick up at Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT)
