About our client: Our client is an EPC contractor in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.

About the role:

• Process invoices received from suppliers and process payments
• Update invoice listing and prepare accrual listing
• Perform monthly supplier’s reconciliation
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare invoice to client
• Prepare back charge invoice subcontractors and update COR register

About you:

• Diploma in Accounting or A levels with working experience.
• At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience.
• Meticulous, positive mindset and possess "Can-do" attitude.
• Hardworking, meticulous and able to take on ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
• Experience in Marine/Shipyard or Construction industry is advantageous (but NOT a must).
• Office located in West area

Other information:

• Work location: West (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)
• Working days: 5 days; Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm
