Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support Trade Marketing team in communicating POSM needs and requirements with external agencies. Collaterals including in store POSM, e-banner ads and brand promotion while meeting deadlines.
- Drill, organize and format data from different data sources.
- Assist in the respective categories budgeting, expenditure tracking and Purchase Requisition creation.
- Managing project workflow, deadlines and strategic priorities.
- Tracking and updating of production schedule to ensure on time delivery of projects.
- Assist in the organization and execution of trade events.
- Assist in in store observation studies.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Previous experience in Marketing/ Trade Marketing/ Events and related job functions is preferred.
- Must have excellent communication and typography skills.
- Works well under deadline with flexible and can handle multiple projects.
- Attention to detail in press checks and corrections.
- Self-motivated and open-minded with accepting other’s opinions to contribute the team.
