Administrator of internal Content Hub
- Ensure no duplicate content. Flag to support team for any technical issues.
- Crop campaign images to be uploaded into Content Hub through a Content Management System
Following up with internal and external stakeholders on ecommerce tasks
- Upload eCommerce templates into SharePoint to be shared across markets
- Clarify campaign mechanics with eTailers
- Assist in rolling out pilot initiatives across markets
- Document best practices into a playbook
- Assist to coordinate and facilitate digital training materials and logistics for the APAC markets
- Continuously put documents into/ update SharePoint
- Keep track/ keep updating/ research on digital consumer behavior stats (e.g. no. of Facebook subscribers etc), including ALL markets in APAC (e.g. including markets we are not fully in e.g. Laos etc)
- Research on latest trends in digital and ecommerce- e.g. examples of latest wearable devices that might be applicable for us
- Compile database of digital marketing and ecommerce scorecards/ KPIs
- Compile database of key digital related news articles
- Help compile presentation documents
- Some admin work for the team (eg. Keeping a database of good start ups by country by capability, keeping track of a list of tech events, a contact list of marketing tech providers)
Requirement:
- Degree with an interest in digital and ecommerce is strongly preferred, and doing an university degree in business studies or marketing is preferred but not essential
- Microsoft Word, Powerpoint (to perform charts), Excel (to perform basic formulae, tabulation) skills
- Proficient in Photoshop
- Experience in data extraction from multiple sources (different documents, internet, articles, information database such as Euromonitor)
- Experience in data tabulation and presentation.
- Chinese or Korean language an advantage, but not essential
