This is a hybrid Internship or Contract role for a UI/UX Designer, based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote collaboration where appropriate. The role is well-suited for designers with hands-on experience in web-based portal and application design, who are comfortable operating within structured, multi-stakeholder product environments.
The UI/UX Designer will focus on delivering user-centred, scalable interface designs for web-based applications across desktop, tablet, and mobile views. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate functional requirements, user workflows, and business logic into intuitive, high-performing interface designs.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Design and maintain responsive UI layouts for web-based applications across desktop, tablet, and mobile view.
- Develop scalable components and layouts using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, applying auto layout, constraints, and design-system principles
- Translate business and functional requirements into user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design intent, usability, and responsiveness are preserved during implementation.
- Continuously refine user experiences through feedback, usability testing, and iterative improvement cycles
