Thanks to the strong sales growth in Southeast Asia, we are looking for our Singapore company KHS Asia Pte Ltd for a SALES ADMINISTRATOR (TEMPORARY).
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operational daily customer contact for quotation, order placement and delivery coordination
- Preparation of quotation for spare parts, consumables, conversions
- Order clarification with department in HQ Germany and follow-up with customers
- Intercompany order placement
- Selected order placements with regional suppliers
- Freight and delivery coordination for After Sales deliveries from global suppliers to customers in SEA
- Coordination on L/C, TT and other payment transactions for orders
- Assist treasury in shipping invoices
- Support After Sales Service Manager in administration tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in Import and Export business
- Some background in economic or logistic studies
- Computer literate in MS office programs
- All-rounded Team player
- Exposure to work with international colleagues
- Self-motivated, meticulous, organized and a good team player
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of SAP S4HANA will be an added advantage
Qualifications :
- Diploma / Degree in logistics or Business or anyone with similar knowledge or experiences from these fields are welcomed
