Khoo Teck Puat Hospital Human Resource is undergoing the enterprise system change management from legacy SAP to the new cloud-based Success Factor (SF).
The candidate whom will be joining the change project will:
- Manage the SF helpdesk related matters as the primary duty during the stipulated period. Duties as per listed below, non-exhaustive:
- Setup of SF Helpdesk@Learning Center
- Deployment
- Guide end-users on SF Basics
- Installation of SF application (mobile) for end-users
- Troubleshooting SF application issues for end-users
- Troubleshooting login issues for end-users
- Onsite support for end-users (VIP Support)
- Escalation of unresolved issues to the team
- General reporting on statistics for SF Helpdesk@Learning Center
- Assist in SF project rollout related matters (creation of user documentations, training guides, video collateral, data migration) non-exhaustive, as the secondary duty during the stipulated period.
