•Coordinate transportation arrangement for import and export shipments
•Liaise with suppliers and customers on shipment requirements
•Process of air & sea shipping documents (both import & export)
•Liaise with internal departments and 3rd party freight forwarders on logistics and shipment status
•Good understanding of shipping incoterms and L/C process
•Experience in shipping-related roles
•Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
