Job Description

Marketing Manager, Student Acquisition

About the Role

The Ivy Institute is hiring Marketing Managers to drive student acquisition as we scale globally. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for people with strong personal networks of students and high-income families who are actively pursuing US and UK university admissions.

You will be responsible for generating and qualifying inbound leads, converting families into our USD 10,000 per year comprehensive coaching packages, and booking USD 100 ad hoc strategy calls. You will leverage your own channels, reputation, and community relationships to bring families into The Ivy Institute ecosystem.

This is not a cold-calling role. This is about using trust, influence, and expertise to connect ambitious students with the best admissions guidance available.

What You Will Do

1. Generate inbound leads through your personal network of students, parents, schools, and professional communities.

2. Qualify prospective families and guide them through our admissions packages.

3. Host info sessions, 1:1 consultations, and webinars to educate families on US/UK admissions strategy.

4. Build and maintain a social media presence that positions you as a trusted voice in college admissions. We value managers who can create content, reels, and thought leadership on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WeChat.

5. Collaborate with our Ivy League coaches to match students to the right specialists.

6. Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue in CRM and report weekly.

Who You Are

1. Well-connected with access to high-income families, international schools, education communities, or alumni networks in the US, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, or other key markets.

2. 0-3 years of experience in education consulting, admissions, luxury services, sales, or marketing. Background in coaching or counseling is a plus.

3. Strong communicator who can advise parents on a USD 10,000 investment with confidence.

4. Social media savvy. You already have channels or are willing to build them to share admissions tips, student wins, and expert insights.

5. Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with targets.

6. Bachelor's degree required. Ivy League or top 20 university background preferred but not required.

Compensation

1. Attractive base salary.

2. Uncapped commission on every student and ad hoc call you bring in.

3. Performance bonuses for hitting quarterly acquisition targets.
