- Developing tools and methods for collect data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires
- Collecting and analysing data to identify consumer trends
- Researching consumer opinions and marketing strategies and proposing adjustments to current strategies accordingly
- Creating graphic and writing content for social media platforms and for brand awareness.
- Preparing marketing proposal and presentations based on company needs
- Curate newsletter content for marketing CRM
- Testing and improve marketing CRM automations for different segment of customers
