We are looking for an in house Interior designer who are creative and able to create designs that differ from the rest. Balancing client's budget and creating art through designs for both residential and commercial projects.
- Design concept, space planning and furniture layout plan proposal
- Provide professional design drawings advices and utilize creativity to produce quality design & drawing
- To propose layout plans, design in 2d and 3d format, detail drawings of design and presentation to clients
- Effectively & accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
Job Requirements
- Possess great passion in interior design
- Self-motivated and independent
- Ability to conceptualize, generate, perspective & detail drawings
- Preferably strong in construction detailing skills
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to start work immediately
- PC literate, Bilingual & knowledge of AutoCAD drafting, 3D computer illustration, other related design software
