Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Understand customer business requirements and work with project teams to provide tailored Talkbot solutions on the WIZ Al Talkbot Platform, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Develop and implement test suites to check Al conversations on the WIZ talkbot platform, oversee the corpus validation, conduct exploratory testing, and coordinate pilot tests with customer teams.
  • Monitor and maintain the Al conversation experience, resolve user feedback issues, and determine underlying causes.
  • Build and maintain a database of industry-specific conversation scripts based on completed projects, continuously updating and improving the content to enhance Al conversational abilities.
  • Work with clients to identify the text responses they require for the talkbot.
  • Create text responses designed to enhance user interactions with the bot.
  • Update and refine text responses according to customer feedback and interaction patterns.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Internship opportunities are available.
  • 1–3 years of experience in conversation design, product management, business analysis, or chatbot design is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to define and optimize conversation design workflows and processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to design and optimization.
  • Experience in software, chatbot, or system testing is a strong plus.
