Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account managers, creative teams, and digital marketers, to develop strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives
- Present marketing proposals, campaign ideas, and performance reports to clients in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner
- Actively listen to clients' feedback and concerns, address any issues or questions promptly, and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Training provided
Requirements:
- Diploma and above (in any discipline)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Singaporeans/PR only
- Above 21 years old (undergraduates welcome!)
