Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients
- Actively listen to clients' needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
- Offer assistance and guidance to clients regarding products or services, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions, and generate reports to track client satisfaction, retention rates, and sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Above 21 years old
- Local diploma and above (in any discipline)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detailed oriented
- Singaporeans/PR
