- Job Description
- Administrative Support: Handle paperwork and administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with external designers to develop and refine marketing materials such as posters, flyers, and social media graphics, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and logistical preparation for off-site events, including material organization and coordination with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with the supervisor, who may be working remotely, to maintain clarity and efficiency in task management.
- Research & Reporting: Contribute to market research, data collection, and reporting on marketing activities and event outcomes.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or team to support overall marketing and event objectives.
