Jump Eat Cry Maternity – Part Time Customer Service Administrative

The Jump Eat Cry story began from a dream to build the confidence of the modern expecting mother with a beautiful and elegant wardrobe. Mothers of today are no longer like that of the previous generation. Having to deal with not only taking care of their child but also with the increased needs of today's society, the twenty first century mother can only be an inspiration to all.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to enhance the online shopping experience with Jump Eat Cry.
• Handling of customer queries on main account and facebook page
• Provide accurate and efficient solution to customers
• Work with back-end system  for effective and efficient solutions
• Pick and pack of online orders
• Processing of return mails
• Provide stringent checks and repackage of apparels.
• Preparation of monthly photoshoots (Ironing of apparels)
• Assist with monthly fashion shoot
• Other Ad-hoc duties 

Requirements:

• Customer service oriented
• Detailed and meticulous
• Good attitude and willingness to learn is a must
• Online shopping knowledge will be an advantage
• Students are welcome.
• Good command of English
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Working Hours Mon- Fri: 10am - 2pm 
• For part timers: $7/hour
