Job Description

As part of the core team being formed in an expanding startup for online fashion eCommerce, you will have be able accelerate and grow with the company with plenty of opportunities to excel both locally and globally.  As a Creative Marketing Executive, you will oversee the various aspects of all marketing campaigns through multiple channels including the creation and management of all visual communications.


These responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns

- Create visual content across all customer facing platforms that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers

- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies to create awareness of and develop the Jump Eat Cry Brand

- Determine how best to represent a concept visually; which photographs, art, or other design elements to use

- Making sure all campaigns are kept inline with company's branding

- Strategic planning of campaigns across all digital marketing platforms

- Copywriting and proofreading creative copy

- Coordinating internal marketing and Jump Eat Cry’s culture

- Managing and monitoring performance of campaigns on social media

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned


Criteria:

- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Design or any relevant field

- At least 1 year experience in a fashion, design or related company

- Good teamwork, communication skills and networking ability

- Proficient in Photoshop/Illustrator is a must

- Video filming/editing skills is an advantage

- Exceptional creativity and innovation

- Adaptability

- Strong attention to detail

- Good organisation and planning skills

- Creativity and writing skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Positive and a cheerful attitude

- Strong willingness to learn
