They are known for their professional surface treatment of metals across various industries such as precision engineering etc. The Operation Coordinator will be crucial in assisting the Production Supervisor in daily operations.

Job Description

Fresh grads are welcome to apply, training will be provided.

Office location: Ang Mo Kio

Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00am – 5.30pm

Benefits

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outgoing customer deliveries
  • Assist with organizing and packing of spare parts
  • Check incoming orders and preparation of parts for process
  • Liaise closely with customers on the order status and estimated time of delivery
  • Prepare delivery orders and treatment certificates for customers
  • Explain basic technical details of our offered chemical processes to answer customers’ queries
  • Proper scheduling of jobs based on customers’ priority, production capacity and urgency

Requirements

  • Experience with manual handling of delivery orders will be a bonus but is not a requirement
  • Fresh grads with no prior experience is welcome to apply
  • Able to work independently
  • Fast and organized
