Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform IT support activities (Windows and PC - laptop/desktop)
• Assist on software installation, and upgrade procedures for communication systems, hardware, network, security, and storage.
• Handle trouble shooting on windows server & network management
• Supplier / vendor management & coordination
• Ensure that appointed IT vendors meet contractual obligations
• Support to implement IT security guidelines to the company
• Assist implementation of IT projects for the company, such as office relocation, server migration, etc)
• Attend Internal Control Committee meetings
• IT Inventory Management
• Attend to any other IT projects for the company, as assigned by Head of Department

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure / helpdesk support operations
• Strong IT Technical understanding and a hands-on person
• Good knowledge on Windows servers
• Good knowledge on Firewalls and Network-based IDS/IPS is advantage
• Good understanding of enterprise computing environments and strong understanding of TCP/IP networks
• Good knowledge on advanced Enterprise Antivirus and Antispyware
• Good knowledge on AWS or cloud technology
• Good knowledge on Office 365
• Fast learner and able to adapt to frequent changes in business environment
• Able to multitask, work independently and prioritize workloads effectively
• Good command in English for speaking and writing
