Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist with the coordination of Production / Central Kitchen activities to meet product and customer requirements.
  • Provide administrative support, maintain and follow up on the systems of the Production Department.
  • To conduct and follow-up with the Weekly Tool Box Meeting (Production)
  • To conduct a monthly walk-about to ensure that all processes and practices are adhered to.
  • To handle daily Production administration matters.
  • To perform the daily printing of labels.
  • Input stock into the SAP system and to ensure accuracy in the records.
  • Assist in the monthly month-end stock take exercise.
  • To issue the personal protective / hygiene gear to all Production staff (e.g. safety shoes, water boots, hairnet, mouthpiece, etc.)
  • Assist in the daily checks for orders and catering orders.
  • To keep an up-to-date records of all Production staffs’ Annual Leave balance, Leave forms, Medical Certificates and Petty cash claims.
  • To prepare, submit and follow-up with any Incident Reports (when required).
  • Assist in the communication with Production staff on HR matters.
  • Assist the Production Manager in any daily issues.
  • Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer skills and knowledge of software programs such as, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous, accurate, trustworthy and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
