JR Foods Pte Ltd. – Production Admin

The company was established in 2001 as an early pioneer in the manufacturing of cook-chill and cook-freeze ready-to-serve meals.

Today it is an international company with businesses that encompasses manufacturing, institutional contract catering, event catering and management, restaurant operations and vending machine sales.

· Assist with the coordination of Production / Central Kitchen activities to meet product and customer requirements.

· Provide administrative support, maintain and follow up on the systems of the Production Department.

· To conduct and follow-up with the Weekly Tool Box Meeting (Production).

· To conduct a monthly walk-about to ensure that all processes and practices are adhered to.

· To handle daily Production administration matters.

· To perform the daily printing of labels.

· Input stock into the SAP system and to ensure accuracy in the records.

· Assist in the monthly month-end stock take exercise and collate summary for management report.

· To issue the personal protective / hygiene gear to all Production staff (e.g. safety shoes, water boots, hairnet, mouthpiece, etc.)

· Assist in the daily checks for orders and catering orders.

· To keep an up-to-date records of all Production staffs’ Annual Leave balance, Leave forms, Medical Certificates and Petty cash claims.

· To coordinate and assist overseeing Packing Team daily activities include monthly roster, recruitment, scope of work and working equipment status.

· To prepare, submit and follow-up with any Incident Reports (when required).

· Assist in the communication with Production staff on HR matters.

· Assist the Production Manager in any daily issues.
