- You are good with people. One of the most important skills in management consulting is stakeholder management. Having good people skills and being a generally amicable person will go a long way in this industry.
- You are analytical. You will be dealing with powerpoint slides, numbers and process maps so having a logical and analytical mindset will be advantageous.
- You take initiative. You take initiative to learn and can eventually develop your own opinion to contribute to the solution.
