Job Description
Job Purpose
- Input into the creation of new procedure for Customer Account creation and maintenance and document
- all processes relating to customer account changes including market requirements in SAP
- Establishing robust processes for account changes in order to improve accuracy and minimise
- complaints.
- Assist in data migration of existing customer account records from legacy system to SAP
- Ongoing responsibility for maintenance of Customer Accounts across the AP region.
- Drive compliance across the region in order to minimise risk to the business.
Knowledge / Experience / Skills required
- High degree of customer focus
- Experience of SAP pricing applications
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain and Sales applications and principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- High level of accuracy & attention to details
- Prioritization and allocation of workload
- Sound administrative skills
