Jobs Network LLP – Recruitment Officer (Part -Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other channels
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases
• Conduct initial candidate communications via email or phone
• Support recruitment events or job fairs, if needed

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Fresh graduates are welcome
