Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Executive Assistant to support our management team. You will help with scheduling, communication, and daily administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel. 
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations. 
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication. 
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence. 
- Organize meetings and take notes when needed. 
- Assist with expense tracking and simple reporting. 
- Support the team with day-to-day tasks and projects. 
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in an administrative role. 
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
